10/6/2018 · Falken Wildpeak A/T3W is an AT snow-rated tire; Nitto Ridge Grappler is a hybrid MT/AT. Nitto should be better off-road and in mud and rocks, Falken better in snow on road. Wildpeak has more sizes and weight ratings available. Nitto only has 2 16 E-rated sizes, but plenty of choices in 17.

2/28/2012 · I ran a set of 34 Nitto Trail Grapplers for about 12k miles. I am running a set of 33 Falken Wild Peaks, have about 2k miles on them. Have never run a set of Terra Grapplers . I’m about to go up to a 6.5 lift, and I’m tossing the idea around to upgrade to 35 tires, but I’m kicking my own ass trying to figure out which direction to go.
8/13/2019 · In the picture, Falken A/T3W A, Falken A/T3W , General Grabber ATx, and Nitto Ridge Grappler . The three on the right all look like current generation, with the Nitto more of a M/T-A/T hybrid. The OEM tire looks as if it is from a different or earlier design.
12/31/2019 · The Ridge Grappler is very over-rated I think. If you look at a Falken Wildpeak A/T3W , Goodforayear DuraTrac, Cooper Discoverer ATW, etc. you will see a LOT more siping and a more circumferential tread design. Much better for rain and snow. The Ridge Grappler looks like a tire that would work great on packed dirt or sand.
